ArcelorMittal is the world’s leading steel and mining company. Now it is developing new metal materials for additive manufacturing

We are delighted to announce that ArcelorMittal team has signed up as a new partner of IAM 3D HUB. The company share the hub’s mission and objectives and will support the center with its knowledge, materials and technologies to allow new applications of 3D printing. ArcelorMittal also wishes to contribute with new points of view based on its experience in the steel and mining sector.

The membership allows ArcelorMittal to leverage the IAM 3D HUB end-to-end solutions platform, to partner with the network’s stakeholders and to develop its new metal materials for 3D printing technologies.

The incorporation of ArcelorMittal represents the entrance of a prominent actor in 3Dprinting value chain as a material developer, thus completing HP, Leitat Technological Center, Renishaw and Wacker as technological developers; Abrast by Coniex as a specialist in post-processing technology and Fira de Barcelona and its trade show, INDUSTRY ‘From Needs to Solutions’, as a strategic partners.
